Alright.. The problem mainly arises due to the dxgkrnl sys 5d054 error. kill that bastard and find it on your OS partition/drive, it should be in Windows\System32 or Windows\SysWOW64 folder, don't delete it for "just in case" but rename it, add to its googled for solution Found this http://starrguide.com/resolve-nvidia-windows-kernel-error/ and found out that the if the DXgkrnl.sys is involved it is an issue with nvidia and microsoft DX drivers.
