Fortunately, I was trying to install it on my 3rd rig, now, I'm not even thinking of trying it on my 1st rig. No matter what I tried before caused the system to crash with 0x000000CA BSOD. None.

Run the CCC installer but I suggest canceling after it extracts the files. rebooted the PC. playing with the ati services seems to affect it, but i've never nailed down any solid workaround or root cause. Not working this time, though Going to try to install the 11.6 driver hotfix from Softpedia and see if that solves the problem. I have a problems and needed to reinstall windows twice ! I know how to install it right.
